Fraktur Le Fort (LeFort Fractures) merupakan tipe fraktur tulang-tulang wajah yang adalah hal klasik terjadi pada trauma-trauma pada wajah. Fraktur Le Fort diambil dari nama seorang ahli bedah Perancis René Le Fort (1869-1951) yang mendeskripsikannya pertama kali di awal abab 20.

Klasifikasi
Fraktur Le Fort dibagi atas 3, yaitu :
- Le Fort I
Garis Fraktur berjalan dari sepanjang maksila bagian bawah sampai dengan bawah rongga hidung. Disebut juga dengan fraktur “guerin”. Kerusakan yang mungkin :
- Prosesus arteroralis
- Bagian dari sinus maksilaris
- Palatum durum
- Bagian bawah lamina pterigoid

- Le Fort II
Garis fraktur melalui tulang hidung dan diteruskan ke tulang lakrimalis, dasar orbita, pinggir infraorbita dan menyeberang ke bagian atas dari sinus maksilaris juga kea rah lamina pterogoid sampai ke fossa pterigo palatine. Disebut juga fraktur “pyramid”. Fraktur ini dapat merusak system lakrimalis, karena sangat mudah digerakkan maka disebut juga fraktur ini sebagai “floating maxilla (maksila yang melayang) ”

- Le Fort III
Garis Fraktur melalui sutura nasofrontal diteruskan sepanjang ethmoid junction melalui fissure orbitalis superior melintang kea rah dinding lateral ke orbita, sutura zigomatikum frontal dan sutura temporo-zigomatikum. Disebut juga sebaga “cranio-facial disjunction”. Merupakan fraktur yang memisahkan secara lengkap sutura tulang dan tulang cranial.
Komplikasi yang mungkin terjadi pada fraktur ini : keluarnya cairan otak melalui atap ethmoid dan lamina cribiformis.
